Are we still in India?

Can you believe this beach?
I am sitting on a comfy wicker chair under a canopy, looking out at an almost empty pristine stretch of beach. The waves are lapping the shore. Soft music is playing in the background. A cool breeze is wafting from the water to my shaded secluded comfy spot. Our beach hut is just behind me. You walk out the door of our hut onto the sandy beach dotted with coconut palms. Fresh fish is on the menu nightly. Beer and spirits are cheap and there are young waiters ready to serve you at a moment's notice.

Humm, where am I again?

Agonda, South Goa is a quiet paradise. We arrived here yesterday after a stop in Old Goa. This is our third beach in the last five days, and the best from our point of view. Clean water, great temperature, nice accommodations and great food.

The Broudos are taking the day off from their otherwise hectic schedule to enjoy the solitude, the sun and the cheap beer (or at least one of us is!!)

No worries! Cheers!
